1915(c) HCBS Waiver Programs

Comfortable Living provides services to Kentucky Residents through the 1915(c) HCBS waiver programs. We participate in the Michelle P. Waiver (MPW), ABI/ABI LTC Waiver, and the Supports for Community Living (SCL) Waiver. Through these programs, we offer several staffed homes for clients.

At Comfortable Living, our goal is for individuals to be as independent as possible while providing support when necessary.

ABI Waiver & ABI LTC Waiver

The ABI and ABI LTC waiver are for adults who have experienced an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Following their ABI, an individual begins their journey back to independence with an ABI Waiver. As they participate in their rehabilitation process, a client’s necessary support is evaluated. As rehabilitation progresses, clients requiring continued support may move on to the ABI LTC (Long Term Care). Long-term care provides the necessary support an individual needs following their ABI.
